Permitted Vehicles

Production vehicles with a manufacturer VIN plate are allowed.   Kit cars with a manufacturer VIN are welcome.  Custom made kit cars will need to contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
 
Vehicles must consist of the following:
- D.O.T. approved windshield
- D.O.T. Seat belt or multi-point safety harness.
- D.O.T. High performance street tires (includes drag radials or motor sport competition tires) *bald tires are not slicks*.  Remember to pay attention to best pressures for your tires, especially drag radials.
- Open roof vehicles must have roll bar or safety cage.
- Batteries must be secured inside vehicle.

Driver's must use helmet, wear long pants, full shirt and shoes covering entire feet (short sleeve permitted), no shorts, no sandals.  Driving suit is a plus.

Motorcycle Preparation :

-Ignition engine kill switch lanyard attached to vehicle and rider so, if separated bike will shut off.

-Safety wire drain plugs and oil filter,

-Front and rear axles must be safety wired.

-Throttle must be held opened and when released close on its own.

-All headlights made of glass, must be completely tape up.

-All motorcycles must have metal valve stems and caps on both wheels.

-Motorcycles must have chain guards.

-No Glycol based coolant.

-No loose items on motorcycle, everything on the bike must be bolted or fastened.

-Front and rear brakes are required.

-High performance streets tires or better required.

-All motorcycles must have a number and class written on both sides of the bike.



Motorcycle Rider Gear

 

LEATHERS

One or two piece, two piece with armor for back protection, armor for elbows, shoulders, knees and hips.

 

BOOTS

Zipper, buckle, or lace up must be 8” high.

 

GLOVES

Leather gloves are required.

 

HELMET
Snell or D.O.T., ten years or newer
